Location
The 23-acre Historic District is now home to the Villa San Bernardo apartments, Vincentian Pathways, Light of Hearts Villa and Redemption Center Church. It is located less than 1 mile south of the Interstates 271/480 exit on Ohio Route 14 (Broadway Ave) in Bedford, Ohio. Unfortunately, Vincentian Pathways does not have any street frontage, but is contiguous to the main drive between 1200 Broadway (Redemption Center Church) and 1160 Broadway (Villa San Bernardo Apartments).
Mission
Vincentian Pathways is a nonprofit organization founded to own and preserve the 8.5 acres of historic property formerly owned by the Vincentian Sisters of Charity in Bedford, Ohio. The preservation includes the restoration of the historic gardens and walking paths created in 1928. Nestled in the quaint city of Bedford, this sanctuary provides space for neighbors and friends who desire quiet reflection while surrounded by nature’s beauty.
